Hey Claymore,
What is the name of the insullation you used on your intake? I went down to the home depot today and all they had was foil backed yellow fiberglass blanket @ 6 R factor. What do you think of the double bubble mylar insulation wrap?
And what about the hot water going to the T.B. so that is all the time? If so don't you think a simple brass ball valve installed to stop the flow in the hot months?

we get our heat here after your finished with it lol. we have our 100+ days @ 95% in august and september. I would like to cover the leak prone cond. with a H/D oil cooler and the thermostat should keep the oil happy in the Usally mild winters we have here this winter being the exception to the rule
