Hello everyone,
Is there anywhere online where I can buy custom window heat shields for the front, rear, and side windows. I saw a Honda Fit the other day with them and I cannot seem to find them anywhere online. Thanks! Paul |

What I mean is those shiny shields that most people put in the windshield to keep the heat out. I want to find some for the Honda Fit that fits on the front, rear, and side windows.

On the AJ-USA website they only show Covercraft Custom Windshield Heat Shields... http://www.ajusa.com/details/Covercr...+Heat+Shields& Neither the Coverking or Covercraft Heat Shields list the side window protectors the OP asked about... I did a total investigation before I bought mine, and was the only one to answer the question of the Sun Shield with the Side flaps... Haven't seen any for the rear windows or big side windows...better off tinting...

I could use some of those as it is quite hot and sunny here most of the time. Left my car out in the sun while shopping for about 1/2 an hour and when I got in the temperature inside the car was 142 degrees F.
![]() The shift handle I am using is chrome metal and it was too hot to touch. |

Try http://www.heatshieldstore.com/ I have bought shields form them since 2003. The first vehicle I purchased from them was a 2003 New Beetle. They had heatshields for all the windows. I have purchased heatshields for at least 10 different vehicles including my 2012 Fit Sport. The heatshield for the Fit covers both the windshield and the side wing windows. You can call or email the company and see if they will make you custom shields for the side windows. Another thing you might try is do a limo tint on the rear door windows and rear hatch window. This also makes a big diffidence on keeping the interior cool. Where I live our house sets 7000 feet above sea level and there is no smog to cut down on the sun, so things get real hot out in the sun, like interiors of cars.
