Wow those look nice. Sounds like it wasn't too bad to install them good deal.

Got mine last week. They were about $80 more (not on sale anymore) but totally worth the price. The material is thick and seems very durable. No idea how you got these things on in a half hour, lol. Took me about an hour and a half I think.

Default Question for those who have installed these

Today is the day- it is finally over 60 degrees out and I do not have to work!!
I have them installed --took about 45 minutes--but since I had them for so long before installing, the little stickers indicating which side the covers go on had fallen off. The seat backs were easy enough to figure with the air bag pockets---but the front seat bottoms??? I am not sure if I installed them on the correct side.
I put the side with the little flap on the inside of the seat--not sure if this was correct or if the little flap goes on the outside?

Can anyone advise? -thanks!

They look GREAt Susan. I can't guess where the "little flaps" would go- you have a seatbelt on one side, and the seatbelt latch on the other. So it probably doesn't matter which side the flap is on. Good job on the installation!

Don't your USDM ones have an airbag in the seat? Could the pockets have something to do with the airbag release?

Thanks Dave! They were a lot easier to put on than the inexpensive seat covers I got from Target. They would have been difficult to put on in cold weather

Claymore- The US Fits have airbags on the sides of the seat backs--but not the bottom. The flap I am referring to is a tiny little flap.

On the first page of this thread- If you look at Erik’s photos of the seatcovers laid out, you can see the tiny flap on the right side of the right seatcover.
Judging from his layout, the flap is on the opposite side of the airbag pocket--which means it goes on the inside--so I guess I installed them correctly. I am not sure why it is there though.

I had a long reply about the air bag flaps typed out and then I actually looked at your pictures and realized you have that all figured out
You know, I must not have noticed the little flap on the bottoms. I didn't have any stickers or anything telling me which piece was which, I just laid them out where I thought they went and installed them. It seemed like I got them on right though.

Yours look great! Love the black and grey

Dikaryon- thanks! I am happy with the color--if they had offered purple centers..I might have gone with that
I really like your blue ones with your blue Fit.

Thinking back-- now I remember there were no little stickers--I am mixing them up with the ones I bought from Target which had little white circles indicating right or left side. The covers fit nice & snug. Two of the smaller tiedowns under the seat bottoms were a bit loose, so I just crammed them into the seat

The instructions said the covers might loosen over time--have you had to adjust yours yet? Also have the rear seats become easier to move? I am thinking of getting rear covers sometime in the future.
