Yea sounds more like the air pressure sensor than a brake wear sensor. The pads I got from Honda still have the metal piece indicator built into them.

Question brake pad sensor?

just having a problem with my brake pad too. I replace the brake pads front and rear on my honda, but the warning light on the dash still on, how can i get this taken care? is it the brake pad sensor? any response is appreciated. apology if this one.

There are no "Brake pad electronic sensors" for the brake pads there is only a piece of metal that rubs on the rotor. I think you are having problems with the TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR.
