Question 195/50/15 vs 205/50/15

I am thinking of getting 15" wheels for my '07 Fit and putting either 195/50/15 or 205/50/15 tires on. What would be the difference in performance vs. fuel economy between the 2 tire sizes? I know that the Spoon Sports Fit is fitted with 205/50/15. But the 195/50/15 are priced lower, so would save me some $$.

I've used 215/45R15 Toyo T1Rs, and presently using 195/45R15 Toyo T1Rs on my '07 GD3 . Not much difference in any aspect. Acceleration, braking, and mileage are about the same. Cornering maybe be a bit better with the wider tires. I never got the 215's to slide, and barely got the 195's to slide.
The 195's seem to do the trick, and for less money. However, if you like lateral "G's," then maybe go with the wider tire. The 215's do look more aggressive. IDK, this is your call. Good luck with your choice, either one should work, and look great!
